COOKING TECHNIQUES - FISH

Here we would share some cooking techniques with all the readers, today the topic is FISH .......


TIPS TO PREVENT FISH FROM LOOSENING DURING STIR-FRY :


1) Cut the flesh across the horizontal grain into thin slices
2) Scald, deep fry in the warm oil or fry for a while until the flesh is nearly done
3) Do not stir fry frequently.


Latest, fish will not stick to the wok when the wok is dry and heated before adding in oil.
