COOKING TECHNIQUES - KEYS OF SLICING

Before thoroughly studying the technique, please pay attention as below :-
1) Hold the handle of a cleaver tightly with your palm.
2) Bend your palm and make an"ARCIFORM" shape. Position the first two joints of your fingers (except the thumb) against the blade efore cuttng food. Move your fingers gradually and cut the meat into the appropriate side. It is very east to get hurt when your fingers are placed in a wrong post (not in an"ARCIFORM" shape).
Please try to practice more when you have time.
